CREATOR POLICY

Effective Date: 5 June 2026

1. PURPOSE

This Creator Policy governs the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of Creators who publish, upload, or distribute content on BOOMieY.

It should be read together with the Terms of Service, Intellectual Property provisions, Advertising Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

2. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Creators retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content they create and publish on BOOMieY, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and other materials (“Creator Content”).

Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of Creator Content to BOOMieY.

3. LICENSE GRANTED TO BOOMIEY

By publishing or uploading Creator Content on BOOMieY, the Creator grants BOOMieY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, display, distribute, and publicly perform such content.

This license is granted solely for the purposes of:

• Operating, providing, and improving the Platform;
• Displaying and distributing Creator Content within BOOMieY services;
• Enabling discovery features such as feeds, recommendations, and search;
• Promoting Creator Content within the Platform;
• Operating advertising, Boost, and promotional systems;
• Marketing BOOMieY and its services, including external marketing channels where applicable.

4. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are solely responsible for all content they publish and must ensure that:

• Content is lawful and complies with applicable laws and regulations;
• Content does not infringe or violate third-party intellectual property rights;
• Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
• Any endorsements, sponsorships, or paid promotions comply with applicable advertising laws and disclosure requirements;
• Content does not contain harmful, defamatory, or illegal material.

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any content they upload.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Creators must not publish content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringes intellectual property rights;
• Contains fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims;
• Promotes illegal activities;
• Includes spam, scams, or malicious content;
• Circumvents Platform safety, moderation, or enforcement systems;
• Contains content prohibited under BOOMieY Platform policies.

6. PLATFORM RIGHTS

BOOMieY reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Review, moderate, restrict, or remove any Creator Content;
• Suspend or terminate Creator accounts;
• Demote, limit distribution, or restrict visibility of content;
• Remove content that violates this Policy, applicable laws, or Platform policies;
• Take enforcement action where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or legal compliance.

7. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

Creators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any:

• Commercial promotions;
• Affiliate marketing;
• Sponsored content;
• Brand collaborations;
• Recommendations or endorsements;
• Sales or lead generation activities conducted through the Platform.

Creators must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws when engaging in commercial activities.

BOOMieY is not responsible for any agreements or disputes between Creators and third parties.

8. PLATFORM PROMOTION AND DISCOVERY

Creators acknowledge that BOOMieY may surface, promote, or recommend Creator Content through:

• Platform feeds;
• Recommendation systems;
• Search results;
• Notifications;
• Advertising or Boost systems;
• External marketing channels operated by BOOMieY.

Such promotion does not imply endorsement or guarantee of performance, reach, engagement, or revenue.

9. CONTENT REMOVAL AND ENFORCEMENT

BOOMieY may remove or restrict access to Creator Content where it reasonably determines that such content:

• Violates this Policy or other Platform policies;
• Violates applicable law;
• Infringes intellectual property rights;
• Poses legal, security, or reputational risk;
• Is otherwise harmful to users or the Platform.

10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Their content;
• Their interactions with users;
• Their promotions and commercial activities;
• Any claims, representations, or statements made in their content;
• Any consequences arising from their content or actions on the Platform.

BOOMieY acts solely as a technology platform and does not assume responsibility for Creator Content or Creator activities.
